Make your portal look like a natural extension of your brand with custom logos, colors, and themes.
Branding Options
Logo
Upload your company logo to appear in the portal header and login page. Supports PNG, SVG, and JPEG formats.
Brand Colors
Set your primary and accent colors. These are used for buttons, links, active states, and highlights throughout the portal.
Portal Name
Set a custom name for your portal (e.g., "Acme Client Portal"). This appears in the header and browser tab.
Social sharing (Open Graph)
Control how your portal looks when its link is shared on social media, Slack, iMessage, and other apps. Set an Open Graph title, description, and preview image under Portal Settings → Appearance. These are rendered as og:* and Twitter card meta tags in the portal's page head. For the preview image, use a full URL sized around 1200×630.
Custom domains
Plus plan and upPoint your own hostname (for example portal.yourcompany.com) at your portal so customers see your domain on the login URL and while they use the app. Configure the domain and SSL from Publish → Share Your App once your workspace is on a Plus plan or higher.
Themes
Choose a base theme for your portal. Users can switch between light and dark modes, or you can lock it to a specific theme.
