What's New
Worker agents, threads, channels, schedules, and granular tools — what shipped for AI agents in your workspace
Worker agents library
Create multiple agents per app from the Agents sidebar — each with its own instructions, model (e.g. Claude Opus), daily cost cap, max iterations per run, and auto-provisioned email address. Settings tabs cover Overview, Config, Channels, Tools, Skills, and Memories.
Threads with tool calls & memory
Start threads from New thread, hover an agent row, or the Overview composer. Agents show tool work inline — read/write records, send email, run skills — and can request extra tool grants mid-conversation. Private memory and a shared knowledge graph persist context across threads.
Slack, email & webhooks
Connect Slack (OAuth, channel pick, @mentions or all messages), Gmail, a Stacker-hosted inbox, Telegram bots, and inbound webhooks (HMAC-signed). Real-time voice via ElevenLabs. Per-record threads attach an agent to a specific row.
Heartbeat schedules & reminders
Describe a schedule in plain language — e.g. "Every weekday at 9am, review open tickets" — and Stacker parses it into cron. Agents wake on heartbeat to work proactively. Task and reminder tools let agents schedule follow-ups and chase stale items without a human prompting first.
Granular tool grants per agent
Toggle tools by category on each agent's Tools tab: read/write records, tasks & reminders, email & Slack, web search & computer use (live browser in thread), agentskills.io files, workspace integrations (Google Sheets, Stripe, etc.), modify schema or portal pages, and call other agents. Spreadsheet, PDF, and Word parsing is always on.
